♦ Nominations are being called for the following positions: a two (2x) year term of Office – Vice President, Secretary and three (3) Councillors.
♦ Nomination forms and resumes (optional) must be received by the Returning Officer, no later than 5.00 pm Wednesday, 4 February 2026.
♦ Business for inclusion on the agenda must be in writing, include a brief rationale, be seconded by a financial member, and be received by the Secretary no later than 5.00 pm Wednesday, 4 February 2026.
