three (3x) Councillors.
♦ Nomination forms and resumes (optional), must be received by the Returning Officer, no later than 5.00 PM WEDNESDAY, 5 FEBRUARY 2025.
♦ Business for inclusion on the agenda must be in writing, include a brief rationale, be seconded by a financial member, and be
received by the Secretary no later than 5.00 PM WEDNESDAY, 5 FEBRUARY 2025.
